Brett’s practice is predominately focused on corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. In this capacity, he helps clients in various industries achieve sustainable growth by strategically advising them about the procurement of debt and equity capital and with entity consolidation. Brett has represented both lenders and borrowers in the negotiation and drafting of nine figure project finance credit facilities. He has also represented buyers and sellers in complicated, multistate M&A deals. He understands the desired goal of both sides to any transaction and knows how to effectively advocate for the best interests of his clients. In addition to his corporate finance and M&A work, Brett drafts, reviews, and interprets high-dollar construction, procurement, management, supply, marketing, employment, and other commercial contracts. Brett’s practice also involves advising clients regarding securities law compliance, the acquisition and disposition of real estate, and corporate organization and governance.
