As part of his extensive range of legal experience, Bill has closed financing transactions with the largest banks representing Midwestern agriculture processing. Bill and his business partner, Valerie Bandstra, began practicing law together over twenty-five years ago.
Valerie Bandstra is a partner in Hanigan Law Group and an experienced corporate attorney with an emphasis in corporate finance and securities law. Valerie’s prior practice includes roles as in-house counsel to a Fortune 500 Company and securities counsel at Montage Legal Group. Valerie has in-depth experience in commercial transactions for clients ranging in size from closely held private companies to NYSE-listed public companies.
